The Goodies!!!
I have lots of treats planned to ease the sweet tooth of anyone attending our reception!!! I am very excited about ALL of these!!!
Cheesecake Snowflake Lollipops!!
I am VERY excited about these. These will be the favors that will be set out at all the place settings. These are approximately 3 inches in width and height, so very large for a lollipop! My sister and I will be making these from hard candy lollipop molds that I found! Cheesecake in flavor and they will be colored to match my theme colors and a little edible sparkle dust will be added as well.
Snowflake Sugar Cookies
Near the end of the evening, when everyone has been dancing for a while...we will put these out. Snowflake sugar cookies. My sister and I will be baking these ahead of time and freezing them (to avoid having to bake a ton of cookies right before the wedding!). These are sooo cool!
The Cake!
My cake will be a combination of the following pictures. It will be 4 tier iced in buttercream. Each tier will have shimmery fondant ribbon at the bottom in orange (like the orange in the picture below). It will also have swirls of the bottom picture, which will also be shimmery. The first picture (below) is a large ornament that will be altered to become the cake topper.
Cake Flavors!! The cake will be "Creme Bouquet", which is described on the website as lemon, vanilla, "buttery".
Each tier will have a different flavored mousse in it as follows; raspberry mousse, lemon mousse, java cream mousse, and caramel chocolate mousse.
I AM VERY EXCITED TO EAT THIS CAKE!!
