My Look for the Day!
Here are our rings. Both purchased at Shane Co. and I highly recommend them! Both my e-ring and wedding band are in platinum and his band is in white gold.

My Hair Trial!!!
My hairstylist is so awesome. I've been going to her for many, many, many years....So I trust her completely with my hair! By the time I had my hair trial, I still hadn't decided on just one look. So, I showed her all of my inspiration photos and she tried to give me a look that would capture the essence of everything. I think she did AMAZING!!
My Make-Up Trial!
I was so excited for my make-up trial with Julie from Smart & Chic and I was NOT disappointed!!! I didn't even have a great idea of what I wanted. I just told her about what I normally wear for make-up and what colors I really like. She showed me a couple of pictures quickly and we went from there! She totally got me to go outside my box of make-up normality...I normally don't wear eyeliner on the bottom part of my eye (which she put on me and I LOVE) and she got me to try some fake lashes...just a few on the outsides of my lashes (and normally fake lashes freak me out)..well, I loved those too!
Here's some pictures. The first one was taken at her studio and the last couple were taken at my house at the end of the day after going out to lunch, shopping and such...

Some Day Of Attire...
At the left are; my cape and boots that I will wear for outdoor photos, my ballet slippers, my "soon to be" hoodie and my rhinestone bride tank top!
Top left is the sapphire and diamond bracelet that my sister/MOH got for me as my "something blue".
Top right: a pendant that contains some of my father's ashes. I will wear this during the ceremony and during pictures.

My veil is perfect! I wanted something sheer so that you would be able to see my hairstyle and the wonderful details on the back of my dress. Yet, at the same time it had to have a little "bling". This is the in-store version of the veil I ordered, which will be a little longer (fingertip length) and the beads on it will be blue!
The Showstopper!!!
I LOVE my dress. It is a Maggie Sottero Couture gown. It is a two piece corset style dress that laces up the back. It has clear and sapphire blue beading throughout the dress for an incredible detailing effect. I actually purchased my dress long before Russ and I were engaged because I had been in a bridal shop, fallen in love with this dress and then found out it was being discontinued! I still absolutely love this dress....to this day!!!
My First Fitting!!!
I had my first fitting on November 19th. I went with my mom and all three bridesmaids and my flower girl. We were all able to get our fittings done at the same time, which was great! It was also incredible to have my dress on again and I haven't had my dress, veil and jewelry on at the same time. It was also nice to figure out a bustle. I wanted something really simple, which is what I think I got.
